Rife Frequency Devices Rife frequency devices have been in use for almost 50 years, however their technical make-up has not changed much since the time of its inventor Royal Rife. They usually consist of a frequency generator, a bank of stored frequencies and either an electric electrode or a plasma tube for their output.
